Bathroom makeovers shouldn’t be too expensive, especially if the place you’re moving to is fairly new. After settling in your Boulevard Coast condo, it’s time to focus your attention and try these 5 easy hacks.
Organize and Declutter First
It’s free, easy, and you only need to dedicate a few minutes to get your bathroom ready for an upgrade. Things to look for include empty bottles and expired products. Storage solutions can keep things neat and tidy.
Add Some Artwork and Decor
Wall art has the ability to make an impact as soon as you hang it. The good thing is that it doesn’t have to be expensive. Framed postcards, abstract art, and printables are all allowed. The more creative you are the better and more personalized the effect. Small items can also add some much-needed ambiance, such as vintage pieces, glass jars, a toothbrush holder or soap dispenser.
…And Some Greenery
Small plants can act as natural decorative items and bring color and life to a bathroom space. Go for ones that can thrive in low light- ferns, pothos, snake plants, and the ZZ plant all work well to this extent. You won’t have to water them as often, and the natural humidity in a bathroom is good for them.
Replace the Bath Mat and Shower Curtain
It may be time to get a new bath mat and shower curtains to breathe new life into your bathroom. Shower curtains take a lot of space visually, so a new one will immediately have a positive effect. You can combine it with color-coordinated hand towels and a bath mat.
New Lighting
Last but not least, new lighting can make the bathroom look new and inviting. If you haven’t done it yet, switch to LED bulbs. Adjustable and color-changing lights are great for adding to the overall ambiance as well.
