Game developer Ubisoft has launched its new mobile game The Division Resurgence.
The Division – Resurgence is based on the 3rd person shooter franchise and is free to play on Android and iOS. The title is set in New York City and a team that fights hostile factions while protecting civilians from harm.
The open world environment allows for exploration, with single or co-op play with friends. Ubisoft says that Resurgence offers key story events that have taken place in the original Division game and the sequel, Division 2.
Tom Clancy’s The Division Resurgence announcement trailer is now available to watch on Ubisoft’s official YouTube channel. Currently, those who are interested in gaining early access can sign up on Ubisoft’s official website.
In similar news, Ubisoft will be launching another game from The Division franchise. The Division: Heartland is a free to play game made by Red Storm Entertainment and will be available on Xbox, Playstation and PC.
